Mr Vangelis Linardatos, e-Navigation Manager Space Electronics Ltd, has participated as one of the main speakers in the Workshop on ECDIS and the Electronic Navigational Charts, organized by the ATHINA Maritime Learning and Development Center and Minerva Marine on 19 January 2022.

During the Workshop, where various topics were addressed including navigation policies, setting and production of e-navigation charts, ECDIS configuration etc., Mr Vangelis Linardatos,  presented the integrated solution of JRC ECDIS model JAN-9201 with NAVTOR NAVBOX, that is installed on Minerva Gas vessels, its hardware components and specifications, the operation of the system, as well as the additional digital services activated in the  NAVTOR NavStation, the WNI weather service and especially the Navtor Passage Planner that helps the navigation officer on vessel to complete in minutes a safe and compliant passage plan that is possible to be assessed from office.
