Discontinuation of old type of AMS + ACB and PMS

Dear All,

JRCS has established a support system for self-developed products based on the policy of “long-term supply of maintenance parts”, and has been making efforts to ensure the long-term supply of maintenance parts.

Support End of old ACB (Air Circuit Breaker)

However, most of the parts used in the following system are no longer procurable, and/or it could be difficult to maintain a healthy supply of maintenance parts as per following support policy.

Support End of old AMS (Alarm Monitoring System : SMS-22/SMS-32/SMS-32-K/SMS-22-K etc)

Models of JRCS alarm monitoring systems (SMS-22/SMS-22-K/SMS-32) equipped on your good vessels is discontinued. JRCS has established a support system for its self-developed products based on the policy of “long-term supply of maintenance parts”, and has been making efforts to ensure the long-term supply of maintenance parts.

Support End of PMS (Power Management System : JACOM-21/JACOM-22)

The Generator Control & Power Management System JACOM-21/JACOM-22, which are used in JRCS main switchboards, was discontinued and is available as a general maintenance item. However, due to the recent difficulty in obtaining semiconductor parts and the accelerated end-of-life of parts, there is a risk that JRCS may no longer be able to supply the maintenance items.
