Technical Support Termination for Mitsubishi Electric AE-SS Low Voltage Air Circuit Breakers

Mitsubishi Electric AE-SS models, low voltage Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) used in our Switchboards were discontinued in 2008, and the production of internal components was also discontinued in 2013. We have been providing technical support to the best of our ability since then, however it is with regret that we are obliged to completely end our support by December 31, 2020.

We plan to continue the open inspection of AE-SS models for the time being considering the large number of orders, but it is not possible for us anymore to accept the repair work orders involving parts replacement in future.

As we recommend that you replace these models with successor models as described below, we would highly appreciate it if you could consider our suggestion.

Corresponding Models and Successors

When replacing the discontinued models with their successors, modification work such as processing of the connecting copper bars and/or changing the control circuit will be required. The expense and lead time will vary depending on the model and panel structure, so please contact our sales representative in charge for more details.
